Traveled to Nashville this past weekend to take on the well established teams of Brentwood and Franklin Tennessee. Though the team was outmatched, the girls fought hard and in the end gained respect.

Extreme Fighting Championships came to Knoxville 20 February for Tennessee’s first sanctioned Mixed Martial Arts fight card. These guys are a class act and I hope this is the start of a long run here in the Volunteer state.

Big Mama’s Karaoke Cafe came ‘a calling again (thankfully). And to my amazement the Elvis wanna be’s flocked to the stage to pay homage to the King himself. While not all performances were “regal”, a large time was had by all.

Saturday morning was opening day for the 2008-2009 fox hunting season here in East Tennessee. The weather was a bit sketchy, but the company was flawless and the horses were beautiful. This is a wonderful sport for photography and a number of riders were also photographers.
